In order to strengthen the ties of brotherhood and the national spirit with the Moroccan community and to strengthen cooperation relations, His Excellency the Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco, Amsterdam, Mr. Salim Lahjermi, visited the Islamic Institute of Dar Al-Huda.
Al-Amrani reviewed the meaning of beauty in Islam and asked the question of Islam’s relationship with beauty. He stated that it is a religion of civilization that embodies the manifestations of beauty in behaviour, relations and all aspects of life. He referred to the expressions of beauty in the Koran and the call to consider the verses of beauty and creativity in the universe.
Immediately after Friday prayers, Sheikh Al-Amrani expressed his gratitude and great gratitude and welcome to all the staff of the Institute, to His Excellency the Consul on the occasion of this first visit to the Institute after his new inauguration, and provided him with a symbolic gift and a certificate of thanks and appreciation, in fulfilment of his outstanding efforts in the service of MorocCyprus diplomacy and his continued services to the Moroccan community.
His Excellency the Consul General, Mr. Salim Lajermi, noted the content of the sermon and the distinguished Sheikh Al-Amrani in his performance and statement. He also thanked the Institute’s invitation and the honourable image it provided to Dutch society.
The Institute also has the honour to visit the Consul to the Institute’s facilities and to familiarize it with its educational activities, its contribution to the dissemination of the religious identity of Islam in accordance with the moderate centrist curriculum, its openness to various religious spectrums and Dutch cultural institutions. Sheikh Al-Amrani expressed the Institute’s willingness to partner and cooperate in various initiatives aimed at developing parallel diplomacy for national issues and the promotion.
Mr. Salim Lahjermi, Consul General of Morocco, Amsterdam, has already received the Director of the Institute on the occasion of his new inauguration. He also invited the Institute to meet with the General Consulate for the benefit of associations, institutions and events.
